In-Kind Donations

We sincerely appreciate the generosity of our community members and donors. Your kindness makes a meaningful difference for patients and families at every step of their cancer journey.

Protecting the safety, privacy and well-being of our patients is our highest priority. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, all in-kind donations must meet the guidelines outlined below. Donations that do not align with these standards may not be accepted.

All accepted items must be:

  • New, unused items from a smoke-free, tobacco-free, dust-free, and pet-free environment
  • Handmade fabric items must be made from new materials
  • Items must be placed individually in a non-scented plastic bag with a closure

Please do not include:

  • Items that solicit an external organization or non-profit
  • Pins or other sharp items
  • Gift wrapping, including bows
  • Items containing personal information

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept:

  • Food or beverage items, including candy
  • Handmade toys, cards or artwork
  • Clothing or cosmetics, including scented lotions and balms
  • Any used items, including medical equipment
  • Anything latex

How to donate your items:

Please complete this form, and a member of our team will contact you to schedule a drop-off time. We cannot accept in-kind donations without an appointment.
