About Me
I am excited to join the Jacksonville community and am grateful to call Northeast Florida my home. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my golden retriever, Jaxson, who keeps me busy and outdoors. I also enjoy gardening, traveling and exploring new restaurants. In my free time, I prioritize maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle that keeps me grounded and energized.
My philosophy of care is centered on taking time to truly listen to my patients and ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported in their care decisions. I believe in building trust through clear communication and a compassionate approach, especially during times that may feel uncertain or overwhelming. I am driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by combining evidence-based practice with empathy, education and shared decision-making.
