  I couldn???t have been more impressed with Dr. Zaiden. He was pleasant, friendly and explained everything thoroughly.   We were greeted with kindness and given direction! Being a new patient this was extremely helpful. Everyone was so nice from the at check-in to the insurance info clerk Meagan. She walked us to Dr. Zaiden's office upstairs. Then Dr. Zaiden's nurse Ashley was lovely too! We were very impressed with Dr. Zaiden as we were there for a 2nd opinion. He was a joy and he took his time & explained all options available. The facility was beautiful and so clean. Total continuity of care provided!   I was actually able to meet with an MD to discuss my problems and he offered a total picture of what might happen or might not and what treatments we can try as the cancer progresses....if it progresses. He talked like we would be aggressive to get out in front of it instead of sitting back to see if it comes back with a vengeance.....the other cancer center I was going to for the past 9 years got to the point all I was meeting with was physicians assistants and only once talked to an oncologist the past 18 months, who did not give me a good feeling about my situation, she was educated in China which gave me some discomfort....not her fault but if thats the best they can do its obvious they are spread very thin. The pa people were caring but could not answer my questions to my satisfaction. My last visit there I asked about a scan and they said it would be at least 30-45 days before it could be scheduled. Unacceptable. Years ago it would have been done the next day or same day. They have gotten too big too busy. My Anderson MD went into detail on every question so he obviously knew what he was talking about. He said if he decided to order a scan it could be done right away. That's the way it used to be at the other facility. I am still going there for a couple of other ailments and general health treatments and I am totally satisfied with the care I am getting there. However MD Anderson has given me comfort I was used to at the other provider that no longer seemed to be as concerned as I am about my cancer. To top it off the Anderson doctor said he wanted a blood test to check a few numbers , he said go down to the first floor he was entering the order. within 30 minutes I was called back to see Dracula....the test results were published on the patient portal the next day. I sent an email to the DR and he responded right away. I think I have somebody who really cares.....we will see....End of story.

  Extremely pleasurable experience from easy highway access to a properly sized parking garage. Never been more than a one to two minute walk to the lobby. The facility itself is so incredibly designed with high end finishes and easy way finding. And the staff and physicians are incredibly accommodating, professional and skilled at what they do.   I have been a patient of this clinic for 3 years. My appointments are usually every three weeks and I have been on some type of chemo the entire time. I feel quite qualified to say that the care given by Dr Zaiden's team has been exemplary starting at check in throughout this time. My most recent appointment for a very difficult one for me. I was a physical and emotional mess but after meeting with the team, I knew I had every single one of my questions throughly answered, a plan was in place to make care of my physical needs, and my emotional needs validated and addressed. I am always treated with respect and empathy. I left MDA that day knowing I had full support of the team to continue this fight. I regularly sing the praises of MDA to anyone who will listen.

  The only thing that was very disappointing was scheduling. I received my diagnosis on 7/17. I called to schedule immediately and was told that the first available appointment was 7/26. When I mentioned the wait to the team, they responded "oh no, we had openings" The exact same thing happened with the oncology appointment. I waited another nine days and the team said they had openings. Why when everything else is run so efficiently would scheduling not be on top of the schedules? Time is an important initial factor to care. Thank-you

  After three years and visits every 3 weeks as a minimum, I feel that Dr. Zaiden, his nurse Candace, and PRN Sara Griffs with the same care, compassion, and empathy as they did on the day they had to give me the devastating diagnosis. Despite the hundreds of patients they care for and how busy their days are, they always make me feel like I am their only priority. I feel so well cared for and I know all my questions and concerns will always be addressed.

  My encounter with all staff personnel has been the top of the rating spectrum. Having to first of all come to MD Anderson Cancer Center had me anxious at the onset of the visit. That anxiousness was short lived due to the friendly and caring attitude of the staff I encountered. The nurses, assistants and Dr.Zaiden were very thorough in explaining to me results of test and what was to happen next. I do feel that they will recommend the best level of care for me and I am most appreciative.

  The care I have received over the last two and one half yers has been exceptional! I have stage 4 metastatic cancer and feel extremely well taken care of.   My cancer doctor, Dr. Zaiden, is simply the best there is ! He has taken excellent care of me since I moved to Florida after retiring four years ago. I called his office the other morning hoping to get an appointment soon after I received notice from my optometrist that a mole was detected in my left eye--very scary since I have a history of melanoma. I received a call back from him in less than an hour and he advised me what this mole might be and to have Atlantic Eye send him the diagnosis following my upcoming appointment in a couple of weeks.
