Physician, Dr Smith, excellent listener, teacher, practitioner. He met gold standard expectations I have for MDA physicians. Staff, MA, PA Nursing were informative, friendly, accomodating. Met gold standards as well. Housekeeping: Appreciate the consistent cleanliness, neatness. Waiting area clean, bright, lots of natural light, comfy furniture.

They are great. From my first visit with them to my surgery yesterday I could not ask for a more professional team that has help me get through this scary ordeal with cancer. If you are going through you should consider going to the Anderson Center for your treatment. I am impressed Withe the whole staff.

Dr Smith and his staff are the best!! However, I would caution any one considering MD Anderson as their choice for medical services to be extremely cautious of its billing administration. Unbelievable incompetence!! Bills rendered to be paid and only after several months of monthly discussions with billing staff were erroneous bills corrected and removed from my account.

I liked everything! The new patient check-in process was so easy, and the employees were all so welcoming and friendly. Every aspect of the registration process was explained in detail and handled so efficiently. Dr. Blaine Smith and his staff were amazing. They were caring, compassionate, and kept me informed and explained everything they were doing during the visit. I left feeling very reassured. The facility itself is beautiful and creates a welcoming and peaceful environment.
